Production of tubes and profiles

For many years we have been combining tradition with innovation to provide high quality products for all our customers. In 2023, we achieved a production output of over 6,280 km of steel tubes and over 9,754 km of steel profiles.

We follow EN 10305-3 and 10305-5 standards when welding pipes and profiles. Thus, all products leave our production with the properties that our customers demand.

PRECISION CUTTING OF PIPES AND PROFILES

We provide our customers with precision cut tubes and profiles with high length tolerances. Products treated in this way can be further processed without further modifications - all thanks to the Rattunde ACS 105 saw centre.

PRECISION CUTTING OF TUBES AND PROFILES

HIGH CAPACITY CUTTING CENTRE (RATTUNDE)

It is used for precision cutting of pipes and profiles in the range from 150 mm to 4,000 mm with a length accuracy of +/-0.20 mm. In addition to basic tube and solid material cutting and shearing processes, for example, RATTUNDE production systems can also integrate a wide range of processes including
brush deburring. You will therefore have a high-performance system tailored to your requirements, a corresponding service and finished end products that are marked, measured, washed and stacked.

Our range includes 2 high-capacity cutting machines, which means we are ready to take immediate action in the event of a breakdown, even with the option of using a second machine.

BAND SAW PILOUS

The robust cast-iron arm fitted with a 27 × 0.9 mm saw band enables both serial cutting of solid materials and cutting of quality materials. The very high, infinitely adjustable cutting angle range of 60° to the right is optimal for convenient cutting of materials for locksmiths.
construction. The modern saw blade arm concept guarantees high cutting ranges for perpendicular cuts as well as for cutting at an angle. The control panel including the oil damper valve is ergonomically positioned on the front of the base. The saw blade arm is raised manually, the feed into the cut is carried out by the arm's own weight with the possibility of infinitely variable regulation by the oil damper throttle valve.
This version allows the installation of a roller conveyor before and after the cut.

WELDING LINES

TWL 1

Line for production of welded pipes and profiles with tolerance +/- 0.12 mm.
Tubes diameter 14 - 54 mm.
Profiles 15×15 - 50×50 mm.
In thicknesses from 0.8 - 2.5 mm and lengths from 4 000 mm to 14 500 mm.
Maximum machine speed is up to 100 m/min depending on the profile.
At the customer's request, the internal weld can be removed on some products.

TWL 2

The line for the production of precision welded pipes and profiles, even galvanized ones with tolerances of +/- 0.15 mm.
Tubes diameter 18 - 75 mm.
Profiles 18×18 - 60×60 mm.
All in thicknesses of 1 - 3 mm and lengths of 4 000 mm - 14 500 mm.
Maximum machine speed is up to 80 m/min depending on the profile.
At the customer's request, the internal weld can be removed on some products.

TWL 3

The line for the production of precision welded pipes and profiles, even galvanized ones with tolerances of +/-0.15 mm.
Tubes in diameters 32 - 101 mm.
Profiles 25×25 - 80×80 mm.
All in thicknesses of 1.2 - 3 mm and lengths of 4 000 mm - 12 000 mm.
Maximum machine speed is up to 70 m/min depending on the profile.
At the customer's request, the internal weld can be removed on some products.
