🔄 Tomáš Vondrák introduced us to the strategic direction and organizational changes planned for the following months. He introduced new team members and approaches that will help optimize our collaboration and ensure the efficient operation of our business.

📊 Production, quality and business: Analyses were presented from the production of the Laser Center Division by Petr Blatný and the Precision Tubes Division compared to previous years. Lukáš Smejkal from the Quality Department presented quality KPIs and implemented improvements. Zdeněk Laušman from the business department presented the business results and the business plan for 2024 and showed its current performance for the first 2 months. 

💼 New HR projects: New HR initiatives that will support our employees and their development, which is key to our satisfaction and success was explained by Lucie Vysoudilová.

🚀 Tomáš Vondrák explained the strategic steps to sustainable development of the company: We discussed the strategic goals and initiatives ahead and identified the key steps that will move us forward and support our long-term sustainability and prosperity. As part of the strategies, we were also introduced to financial strategies by Jiří Černý.
